We’re excited to begin planning for Next Era – Seattle 2026! Pre-registration is now open for gyms interested in securing a spot at next year’s event.

To reserve your place, we require a $500 deposit, which will be applied to your final invoice once your official registration is completed through USAG.

How to Pre-Register Your Gym for Next Era – Seattle 2026

Follow these steps to reserve your spot:

Fill Out the Pre-Registration Form Below
Enter your contact information, gym details, and program/athlete estimates.

Submit the Form
Once the form is complete, click the “Submit” submit button.
Pay Your Deposit
In the Pre-Registration Deposit section below, click “Add to Cart”. This will add your deposit to your cart in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Click your cart to checkout. You’ll be prompted to enter your payment information and complete your deposit.

*If we only have your form and not your deposit paid in full, your gym will not be pre-registered.

Key Dates:

Official USAG Registration Opens: August 1, 2025
USAG Registration Closes: November 1, 2025
Late Registration Fee: $15 per athlete for any roster changes made after November 1, 2025
Roster Deadline: December 1, 2025 (NO roster changed will be accepted after this date)

After the USAG registration period closes, you’ll receive an invoice based on your final program selections and athlete rosters.
