USAG Registration deadline: November 1, 2025
All athlete registrations must be submitted online by this date to avoid a $15 late fee per athlete.
Please note: No refunds will be issued after this date.
Roster deadline: december 1, 2025
NO roster changes will be accepted after this date.

Payment Information for USAG Registrations
Invoices:
Your gym will receive an official invoice by email from accounting@nextera-seattle.com in October 2025. We wait until October so your counts are closer to your final numbers.

If you prefer to pay early, email accounting@nextera-seattle.com and we will send your invoice as soon as possible.
Payment deadline:
November 1, 2025
Updates before November 1:
If you add athletes between the time you receive your invoice and November 1, 2025, we can update your invoice. Please email accounting@nextera-seattle.com with changes.
Late registrations:
Registrations made on or after November 1, 2025 will incur a $15 per-athlete late fee. A supplemental invoice for any new registrations and late fees will be sent after the final roster deadline on December 1, 2025.
Registration closes:
After December 1, 2025, registration will close and no new athletes can be added.
Pre-registration deposits:
If you pre-registered, your $500 deposit will be applied as a credit on your invoice.
